RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refund Guidelines

Due to the nature of discounted inventory, returns are strictly limited. Please review the conditions below before placing an order.

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in a condition significantly different from description
  • Product is non-functional upon delivery (DOA)

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Minor cosmetic defects already disclosed
  • Customer dissatisfaction or change of mind
  • Products sold under “No Return” or “Final Sale”

Return Window

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

Customers must provide valid proof such as images or videos. Ziikat reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject the claim after review.

Resolution

Approved cases may be resolved through replacement, refund, or store credit at Ziikat’s sole discretion.
